Step 1: Research
The first step to getting the home of your dreams is knowing what you want. What style of house are you looking for? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want? What features would you like to have? Use this site to explore the models, floor plans and customization options we have available.
Step 2: Find a Sales Rep
At Excel Homes, our sales representatives have experience working with hundreds of builders. Our extensive network provides you with a sales representative that understands the local area where you want to build.
In addition, your representative can provide you with a list of builders in your area, giving you the freedom to reach out and find the perfect builder to meet your new home’s unique needs.
Step 3: Customize Your Design
You can now work with your builder on your Excel home design. This is where you match your desires and needs with a provided Excel floor plan or one of your own. Working with your Excel builder, you can revise the plan as much as necessary until you are satisfied with the design of your home. Excel makes customization easy. Many of the homes we build are customized from the original plan. From here, your builder will order your home from Excel Homes. In the meantime, your builder will begin site preparation and you can look forward to moving into your new home in as little as six weeks.
