Second Saturday Factory Tour

Excel Homes would like to invite you to our Liverpool, Pennsylvania, location for an exclusive factory tour. Home buyers and builders can explore the luxurious Anchor Mill model home, as well as learn more about our innovative construction process during an in-depth tour of our 200,000-square-foot facility.

Each home buyer who attends our factory tour will receive $1,000 in complimentary credit towards the purchase of any new home options available in our custom home product catalog.

Tour Information

Excel's Second Saturday factory tour takes place from
9:00am – 1:00pm on the second Saturday of every month. These tours are opened to the public and no appointment is necessary.

For your safety, we ask that all visitors taking our factory tour wear close-toed shoes.

Credit Redemption

Drywall To redeem your $1,000 credit, forms must be presented to any of our exclusive authorized independent Excel Homes builders within 30 days of your Second Saturday visit. From there, the builder will guide you through the design process and present the signed form obtained at the tour - along with all Excel Homes signed contract documents - within 9 months to receive credit.

Please contact your local sales representative with any questions or for more information on redeeming your credit.

This offer is valid only to Excel Homes' independent builders that have provided a valid Excel Homes factory tour form. The option purchase price will be credited $1,000 and the refund will be deducted from the final contract totals.
